Non-friable asbestos (as permitted by regulation)

Wiring and incandescent light fixtures (non-fluorescent)
Toilets, bathtubs, wash basins, and plumbing fixtures
Floor coverings attached to structures during demolition
Broken or aged asphalt and chip seal pavement
Other inert materials approved through construction, renovation, or demolition activities
All loads must consist of clean C&D material only. Loads containing unacceptable materials may be rejected or subject to additional charges for sorting and recycling.

For environmental and regulatory reasons, certain materials cannot be accepted at our facility.
These include, but are not limited to:
Cans, drums, or containers (empty or otherwise) containing sealers, adhesives, tar, waterproofing compounds, or new asphalt products
Burnt C&D debris (unless approved under licensed conditions)
Waste from commercial, industrial, or manufacturing processes
Materials contaminated by hazardous or regulated substances
Debris originating outside the Province of New Brunswick without departmental approval
Any debris not classified as approved C&D material
If you are unsure whether your materials are acceptable, please contact us before arriving on site.

We provide licensed disposal services for burnt debris, handled within approved industrial cells and under valid permits. This service is intended for materials resulting from fire-related demolition or cleanup projects.
Burnt debris must be disclosed prior to delivery so proper handling and approvals can be confirmed.
